17.08.24 - Off to see Dad
Only 114 miles but was a hot day so pretty tiring going through the villages of Cheshire...
Usual start out to Tarporley and Middlewhich, but then veered off to Congleton and headed to Warrington via Knutsford and Lymm (obviously).
Dad was pretty out of sorts, as we'd gone to get fish & chips and had reminded him earlier in the day, but when we arrived he'd just finished off his lunch, so hey hum, we got our own.
After chatting a lot, headed back through the country lanes back to North Wales.
Mandatory to finish off with a quick jar in the GL, but only managed to have the one pint this time, as we were both knackered for some bizarre reason!
Still, it's always a pleasure to go out for a ride and nice to see Dad.
